The Emblem

The very emblem of the college projects different meanings of life.

The sun rise in the emblem symbolises dispelling of darkness of ignorance and bringing light of knowledge. The wheel in the middle stands for progress of the college. The open book obliviously symbolises education for all.

All pictures in the second row are all but in a rural setting. For example the hut stands for shelter place for a poor man. The rye of wheat corn symbolises cultivation of the pastoral people. And the bullock stands for the best friend of a farmer. The zigzag lines stand for earth to sustain the above symbols.

The sentence, “ Bidyaya bindateamrutam” means learning bestows the nectar of life.
